CONSERVATION AND SAFETY
Limited duration: We only retain personal information for as long as necessary for legitimate business purposes or as required by law. For each category of information, a retention plan is established. Secure Deletion: When personal information is no longer needed, we delete it securely. For information collected on our website, the database is automatically deleted every 6 months.
ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION
To have access to personal information or to request a rectification, the requester must send his or her request in writing to the person responsible for the protection of personal information: The requester may be the person concerned by the personal information in question, their legal representative, their parent, their guardian, their beneficiary of life insurance or death benefit, their heir or the person responsible for liquidating the estate.

DEADLINE IN CASE OF REQUEST
The person responsible for the protection of personal information must respond to a request for communication or revision diligently and no later than twenty days following the date of receipt. If processing the request within the stipulated deadline does not seem possible without harming the normal course of the organization's activities, the manager may extend the deadline by a maximum of 10 days. He must then notify the applicant, by mail, within the first 20 days following the request.
