A few acquisitions and highlights

2001

In July, Atelier d’usinage Roland Allard becomes Lacal. Roland Allard, Martin Allard and Pierre Lacourse are the three shareholders.

2003

Exactly two years after Lacal’s start-up, Martin and Pierre buy the shares of Roland Allard.

2006

The company buys a new building located at 35, rue Boulet, in Princeville.

2009

In May, Lacal gets its first contract of over a million dollars.

2012

In November, Martin Allard buys the shares of Pierre Lacourse.

2013

Jocelyn Fréchette and Mickaël Proulx become shareholders in Lacal.

2015

Lacal undertakes several important investments to improve its manufacturing equipment, including a folding press and a milling machine.

2016

In December 2016, Jocelyn Fréchette and Mickaël Proulx become owners of Lacal.
